How is it that a journey takes 45 minutes? literally. When you get in there, you're stuck. they are also pretty lazy every time I want to order a sandwich, they say that it's just crispy fried chicken left.

If I gave them a -1000 rating. We waited in the thru line for about 20 minutes, no one answered our order. Then I'll call the store when they answered, I asked politely? Hey, you guys doing the orders? I set up. I drove into the window and didn't see anyone there. Despite about 4 workers car parked in the front.

This location has terrible customer service, is always made of items and closes well before their booked closing time. (But before the pandemic, so this is not the problem here) This location requires a complete revision of employees and management. I drive twice to another place if I can only avoid the disappointment of the Hillsborough Rd site.

Be ready to wait in the line on the drive-thru for 30-plus minutes, with cars before and back from them so that they stay hanging. the cashier was a pleasant young man, but I can not recommend this place because of the extremely slow service.

This location is often out of menu items. For example the last time that I went to this location they only were serving the Taco Bell side of the menu. We couldn't get anything from the KFC side of the menu. The time before that, they had ran out of popcorn chicken. When this location is fully stocked the food is great. It's just a gamble however if they're going even have what you want.
