Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Durham

Everything was a victory! the personal was pleasant and attentive. our waitress was amazing and our food was delicious. the steaks were grilled to perfection and the cocktails were delightful. we always have a party of 6 and that includes 3 children. I am pleased that all were satisfied! they have been chasing it! we have revisited this location 8/15/22 and it was such a disappointment! our server was the worst and it all started in the hell, then the dirty seller and just from there downhill. it was like we ruined her by being there. if that had been our first visit, we would never return. simply said it was not the service we used to. thanks to the brian who has done his best to smooth dinge. the left tipp was reflective for the service we received. I don't think about leaving anything, but it wouldn't have been nice if it was a big day for everyone. every job is not for anyone who is not her. I still think this is a great institution.

First: firebirds has served the best brot. warm and soft, with a small crisp. delicious. the double black diamond cocktail tasted more like a cocktail so that was disappointing. but the food and service were excellent and the philly cheese steak eggs should definitely be tried at least once.

We had such a great time here. this is a perfect date night spot that we will be absolutely back. our waiter was amazing, our drinks were delicious, and eating was perfectly cooked. it was so refreshing to have such a great experience.

That was great. service was excellent. tried the cajun spiced ribeye with a lobster dick and a fully loaded baked cartoffel.

Had a bite to eat here this evening and I think it could have been better. I believe a lot of the issues I had was just due to them being really busy. Got the chicken pasta specialty dish and it was very tasty though! I'd come back, but I think I'll need to avoid busy times at places like this. I'm always leaving feeling not quite satisfied with my experience. Lol
