Chili's Grill - Durham

Server david took care of my son and I during the lunchtime. the food was delicious and served us within 15 minutes. they always have a great experience in the restaurant “15-501 Chili”. however, the restaurant can more clean up by cleaning the interior window seal of the cabins; Double check and clean eating from the floor under tables when small children eat.

I had the brisketburger and omg it was absolutely delicious! I have the Bbq sauce, pickles and swirl. I got the claw on the side, and I didn't get the cheddar on the burger and it was wonderful. my father and I had dinner and we went in to catch the last half of the Duke football game. it wasn't on one of the tvs, but everything we had to do was asked and they did it right for us!

I wait for over 10 minutes, no one brought the order. wing inside and waited another 5 minutes until finally a worker and order was ready. a very good service!

Their customer service is simply one thing of the most terrible ones I’ve experienced in my whole life. We stood at the front desk for 20 minutes (the restaurant was empty by the way), one of the servers passed by us FOUR times and didn’t even have the decency of at least asking if we could wait a couple minutes before she could seat us. If you can, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL.
