I ordered a large lemonade and found a bug in it. I was extremely disgusted. Automatically called corporate. I won't be coming back due to this experience and this is not even the first time your cashiers have had nasty attitudes and long wait times.
So I signed up for the rewards program and I got a free sandwich and some loaded fries with the purchase of a drink so not too bad and I was using their automated system which that's the first for me the wait time I'd say 25-30 minutes I understand staffing is short and that's happening everywhere, but overall my experience has been okay and I will definitely come back again and try it out
The food was extremely fresh. However, you had to wait a very long time for them to cook it. I did not eat the mozzarella sticks because they were too soggy because of the grease. The burger was good and the loaded cheese fries were as expected.
Decent food and prices were not expensive. However despite ordering through the mobile app 30 mins- 1 hr before and somehow I always still had to wait for 10-15 minutes before the food is ready (even for small order). Strawberry ice cream is always tasty and they have the best fast food french fries! The app also often have discounts and promos.
The food was underwhelming and over priced! I ordered a 10pc wing combo with fries and a drink. The cost was $21 plus change and it was not worth it at all...
