Burger King - Durham

My recent visit was quite disappointing. The customer service was lacking, although the manager did make an effort to help. The restaurant's location is convenient since it's close to my home, so I'm hopeful that my next experience will be better.

This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. While it's not as good as it used to be, the food is still tasty. If you call them, they're often in a rush to answer. However, if you go into the restaurant, the staff is usually very friendly. I still recommend this place because of the quality of the food.

I would like to move on from this experience. The coworkers, however, have a very positive attitude.

I tried their veggie burger, and I really liked it! While it doesn’t have as many vegetables as the one I had at a pricier restaurant, the flavor is surprisingly similar to their classic Whopper. In fact, I liked it so much that I went back for another one today!

Terrible! Went to drive-through and asked for a club salad and the girl told me ?which kind? when I asked ?what do you mean? she replied ?we aint got nun? so I pull up to window where the two young girls who work there just looked at me waiting and ignored me, so I parked and went inside where this other lady quickly took my order. I asked for a club salad and she let me know they were out of cheese and asked if I didn?t mind (which is probably why the other girl just decided to say ?we aint got nun?, when I asked for a frappe they didn?t have it asked for shake they didn?t have it, asked for a cup to get sweet tea and there was none. As I walked to take a seat I hear one of the girls start mumbling things under her breath but Just ignored it and didn?t really even care, later they begin to stare at me and the person who was with me saying that we were staring at them, keep in mind I?m the customer waiting on my food. When my order is ready I let the young girl know that I wasn?t staring at her but was just waiting on my food and left. Besides the place having a limited selection to order from, being dirty, they have people with no working sense working there. Shut this place back down. NEVER going to this place again.
