Bullock's Bar-B-Cue. - Durham

The food is great! No complain about it. Staffs are very nice. The only downside is that they only accept cash when dinning. They have ATM but there?s $2.50 withdrawal fee. I hope they can accommodate debit cards.

No matter if they are fully staffed or short staffed the food is always outstanding. We were there yesterday, the food was served hot and fast. They were short one server and told us at the door it would be a little wait. We were perfectly fine with that. Thank you for another great meal.

Bullock's Bar B Cue is that nostalgic experience that so many of us crave. The menu is expansive, but everything we tried is good or great. Have been on a Durham tour to find the best fried chicken, and Bullock's is a top contender. I have 2 babies that are 2 yrs old and under, and the staff was overly accommodating checking on them and even playing with them regularly. Cheap and pretty good. Kind of like a barbeque cafeteria. Maybe good if you have a family and split a large meal. Pretty outdated concept and interior/ menue style.

A staple of Durham! This type of place has pictures of all the celebrities who visited. As a southerner, I appreciate these places; the menu has more than enough options. The servers are friendly and kind.
