Bojangles - Durham

Through the journey and ordered a 2 piece dinner. the cookie was cold and hard and simply fell into pieces, the huh was luke warm .. terrible service. not the first time that this happened, just thought that bojangle would load it together in this.

I had the best experience here this morning! my car literally died in front of the pick-up window with a long series of customers from the breakfast brush behind me. each individual employee of bojangles was so friendly and patient and several employees and a customer immediately jumped in to help. tayisha, another hired and a customer pushed my car out of the way gave me a jump, other employees came out to take money and supply food, so no one waited, and they comforted me even when I stopped their day! They could not have been any nicer, and I really appreciate the amazing customer service!

I didn't like her spicy food! I'm not at all in spicy food! the casser should tell them that all their food spicy are! mega off! they can request non spicy!

This is another place we have always gone to eat, but on the 7th april 2022 they treated us badly, they did not want to give me the food as I asked, just because the manager angela who works there did not want to give it to me. she's the worst manager I've ever met. the ridiculous lady. should they fire?

The place gets busy. It's loud and fast paced. Mistakes happen. To the employee(s) at this location who put sixteen chicken fingers into our order of eight, we salute you. My children have never had more chicken fingers than they could possibly eat at one sitting, and they were overjoyed. They were still singing your praises as they ate leftover chicken fingers the next day. They thank you from the bottom of their little glitter encrusted hearts. We shall return!!
