Bojangles - Durham

Employees need to pay attention to detail. ordered chicken breast plus biscuit. received the breast but no biscuit. Every time we order something, something is incorrect.

Food was hot and tasted good, but got fries instead of the Bo-Rounds that I ordered. The menu did not have the option to let me order only just 1 extra buscuit. You had to either order 6 or 12 biscuits, but I only wanted 1.

I have always loved Bojangles but disappointed with my chicken breast. it was dry. everything else was fine.

The chicken pieces were huge, fresh and cooked perfectly! Definitely a 12 on a 10 point scale! EXCELLENT ! Everything was packaged well and safety sealed! Not a single thing could be improved. I just hope that next time is close! Thanks!

The food was cold. My fries were unseasoned and I ordered seasoned on the app. The fries tasted dry and old they werent fresh at all.
