I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this restaurant. I ordered a mango smoothie but instead received a mango ice drink. I didn't get any help, so I had to turn around and request a refund.

We encountered several issues with what we ordered, and the staff were quite rude about it. We were trying to enjoy our ice treats with our 2-year-old son, but instead, we had to deal with unfriendly workers and loud rap music that was really inappropriate for the situation.

This restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere, but the staff is very rude and their policies are unreasonable! They've recently changed their closing time to 8 PM, but when I arrived at 6:15 PM, I found the lobby closed. I drove over and asked if I could place an order, but the staff told me no, that I needed to be in a car to order. It’s absurd! All I wanted was an ice cream cone, which I mentioned, so it should have been a quick process at the door. Nowhere is this odd policy indicated. I hadn’t been to this place in a while because the staff is consistently unpleasant and the food is often burnt. However, I thought it had been long enough since my last visit and figured, since I was only ordering a cone, there wouldn’t be any chance of it being burnt. I guess it was naive of me to expect a decent experience, or even just to be able to order in the first place.

I went with my children today, that was our first time when we came here, the etagens were slippery, I had hoped that this place would be a hit for us, but it was a complete failure, the personal was absolutely rude and except that a guy who served us, no wonder that there were a few people I and my children will not come back.

Extremely rude staff. We weren’t even in the door 30 seconds and weren’t allowed to look at the icecream flavors we were told to go to the register and pay first. Half of the flavors were either almost empty or looked melted. Whole time we were seated they were complaining behind the counter to themselves.
