Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken

It took a longer wait time than expected. Usually I am pretty patient and reasonable but I received a notification saying my food was done. I even called to confirm. The lady was nice and pleasant. Told me she would have someone bring my food out. As I wait about 10-15 minutes I see employees on their device and my food more than likely sitting. I hate to complain but I had to.

9th street location, the staff is so friendly makes Chik Fil A look silly from a hospitality perspective. Food is on point and very fast too. Always get black beans and rice as a side. I also do Uber Eats and when i pick up here the food is always ready (early) . I always accept deliveries from here. Thank you Alpaca Charcoal Chicken!

The food is delicious, the chicken is so good. The Lomo Saltado became my favorite.

Of course the food is consistently delicious but I also want to compliment them on their service! So friendly and you can tell the staff really enjoys working there. It's a good feeling when you can tell people are enjoying what they do. I am a chef so I love to see that. Thank you to everyone at Alpaca!

I ordered the half chicken with rice and black beans. The chicken was tasty, but the portions for the sides were a bit small.
