The Charlatan is one of my favorite places to get a drink in Durban, and definitely my favorite place on Florida Road! The cocktails are from this world, the decor is old school industrial cooling, and the mood is perfect for drinks with friends or a date night. Very recommended.

Fantastic cocktails! We had the Tail of the African Queen and the Palmo Alto some exceptionally qualified and talented bartenders. All kinds of actions go. Young, hip and vibey. One of the coolest places on Florida Road.
The hidden gem of Florida Road! Amazing set up and vibe with great service. Great selection of drinks done by bartenders who actually know what they are doing for a change... It's about time Durban experienced a place of this standard!
