Mcdonald's Pavilion - Durban

Worst experience when trying to pay. The machines don't accept Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. Ridiculous.

As much as the service was fast but The food?? The worst ngl and I'm never going back there I thought that McDonald's was gonna serve me a proper meal instead I get salty fried chips and a soggy burger

Ordered a BigMac and got a dry burger with almost no sauce?! You guys are a joke, you should enforce better rules in the kitchen and make your staff understand they haveto do their job properly if they want to get paid.

Overall, McDonald's seems to have lost its charm. I attempted to hop around to find some quality originals, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The service was efficient, managing to push out orders quickly. However, one of my burgers was missing cheese, salad, and tomatoes, while the other had regular lettuce and the wrong type of cheese. The large spicy burgers that I've had in the past were much better, featuring crisp lettuce, a generous amount of their signature sauce, a slice of white cheese, and a crispy fillet on a toasted bun. The rushed preparation was evident. On a positive note, the Belgian chocolate cake was exceptional!

After returning a few times and consistently enjoying the meals, I wanted to update my review. I initially rated it five stars, but I’m changing that to two stars. My meal this time was enjoyable, except for the salad, which was old and wilted. The salad on the burger was entirely unappetizing, not just a few bad pieces. The lettuce appeared far from fresh. It’s hard to believe a chef would serve something like that to a paying customer.
