Market Cafe - Durban

Market [Cafe/Restaurant] Hi Guyz, my better half and i had brunch at this restaurant yesterday and we were very impressed, nice quaint setting, friendly staff and management, but the food,,,wow, relaxed atmosphere with fine dinning at its best. The food was exquisite, the flavours in every bite will make your taste buds dance, i would say a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or a Gin cocktail and enjoy a nice meal.

So yesterday, the Mrs and I decided to have breakfast at the Market restaurant. Someting that we did not regret. My wife is vegan, so she had a lentil sesame burger. Packed with awesome flavours. Just one bite and the look on my wife's face was like she went to heaven and back. I am Vegetarian , so I had poached eggs on a bed of potato rosti, with haloumi topped with a spicy tomato relish. The eggs were done medium as requested. Flavours again was on point. Service was excellent and our waiter was very informative about the menu..We will definitely be frequent visitors at Market.

Great service, awesome food and ambience. The owner was very hospitable and hands on. Definelty a place I would recommend to those looking for a good meal with a great vibe. Make sure to try the chocolate souffle/ volcano!
