The owner was extremely rude and abrupt. We ordered our food and, after waiting for 70 minutes, called to ask about the delay. We were informed that if we were lucky, our delivery would arrive in another 15 to 20 minutes, even though they are located just a few streets away. When we asked the owner why we hadn't been notified about the delays when we placed our order, as our lunch break was already over, he reacted unprofessionally. Overall, the service was very disappointing.
The owner's son was swearing and seemed aggressive toward me and my colleague. It appeared that the aunt was intimidated by her son. We will never support such disrespectful behavior again.
