Chili's Grill - Durant

Very flexible with side order customization. Corn on the cob is always seasoned just right. Love that we can pay by credit card at the table without having to wait for the staff to bring the check in person.

Service was poor, very slow. Order was wrong. Food was good, however. Was not offered a carry out box. Never saw management on the floor. There was no provision to pay cash. Finally left the money on the table. Won't be back any time soon.

All our food was wrong and cold after waiting 2 hrs for it. The silverware was all dirty cups included. Hair in one of the meals more than one hair. Rude waitresses. No one there has a clue how to run a restaurant

I got the spicy shrimp tacos. They weren't spicy, and the shrimp were a bit cold, though the plate was on fire. Black beans and rice were great, service was fast and friendly

Great food and service! Our server was awesome. Met family from out of town. We were there over 2 hours eating and visiting. Did not feel rushed or pressured to leave. This was one of the best Chili's I've been to.
