The Roost - Durango

Book here for dinner with good friends only reservation available almost a week before. we had a great time and since it was not crowded, we could stay and visit one! the young really enjoyed their Primma rigged very, the kokos garnelen was also brilliant and an orangenmousse was great for dessert. just miss was a tofu veggie dish that really should not be cut well tofu in pieces, not served quite there was nothing thai about it very little curry taste. service was great. it was pricy for the 4 of us (at $200 with cash everything), but we had a great time! would return

The atmosphere was polite and friendly. The service was excellent. Everyone was helpful. I really enjoyed the visit. I'm going to make The Roost my #1 restaurant when I go out to dinner. I'm lucky enough to live in the area.

The food and service was great. A very top notch restaurant without extreme notch pricing. Their cocktails were some of the best I have ever had. And I bartended for 13 years. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered NY Strip med rare. It came out well done and was inedible. By the time we were able to get our server’s attention, others in our party had finished their meal and was too late to replace it. How anyone could cook such a good steak so poorly is incomprehensible. . We found much better dinner options in Durango for the reminder of our stay.
