The Irish Embassy Pub - Durango

I eventually walked to the bar to inquire about ordering, as we had already looked over the menus on our table and knew what we wanted. At that point, I assumed we were meant to order at the bar since no waitstaff had approached us, despite there being several visible staff members on duty. I was then told that a waitress would come to our table shortly, so I returned to our seats. Shortly after, a waitress indeed approached, but to our surprise, she informed us that we had to move because our table was reserved, although there was no indication of this. We complied and relocated to another table that was directly in the sun and offered no shade. Again, we waited—this time even longer—around ten to fifteen minutes, and still no one came to take our order. Frustrated, we decided to leave and find another place. I've heard that the food here is good, but I can't personally confirm that. Just a word of caution: if you decide to visit this pub, be prepared for possibly poor service. Additionally, when I mentioned our experience, it was clear that management—or whoever I spoke with—wasn't particularly concerned.
