Eolus Dining - Durango

We went for our anniversary last night and all I can say is wow! The food was amazing!! I had the prime rib 2 ways and my husband got the surf and turf. Both meals were perfectly cooked and tender. Hands down, this was the absolute best meal we've had in Durango. Our waiter was kind, informative, and gave us the best service I've ever had at a restaurant. I should mention our waiter had 6 tables he was attending to when we sat down. The rooftop patio was fun and we fully enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be back again.

Great place with good service. Good diversity in food and consistent quality throughout. We had salmon to beef to calamari to salad. And it was awesome.

Absolutely one of the best meals I have ever had. My wife and I had the Prime rib two ways and the surf and turf. Both were prepared perfectly and tasted amazing. Don't miss an opportunity to dine here!

A great place to celebrate that special occasion! The service is superb. Great ingredients prepared with such skill, artistry and umami.
