Impressive variety and, based on the flight we got, yummy beer! Free popcorn and Dot's pretzels. Plenty of outdoor seating, a cribbage board at every indoor table and our bartender, Kris, is just awesome!

During a trip from Eau Claire, I made sure to visit this restaurant. I had a wonderful evening enjoying several pints and engaging in great conversation with the owner Roger. Around 7:30pm, I thought I had just enough time for a quick drink before they closed at 8pm. However, Roger graciously stayed open for an extra hour or so just for me and the small group I was with. While I can't guarantee this is always the case, he was extremely accommodating that night. The beer was handcrafted and excellent, following traditional German purity laws. It was a refreshing change from all the trendy brews out there. Roger was always ready to offer a taste and describe what made each of his beers unique. I highly recommend this place.
