Taco Bell - Duquesne

Just not a great Taco bell. Poor quality food, rude

Placed 2 separate online orders on the taco bell app at 9pm. Went to the Duquesne Taco Bell drive-thru to pick up our orders..was told we would have to wait over 20 minutes as they didn't have any meat and had to make it. We canceled both orders and went elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

Placed an online order and showed up to store 25 minutes after it was ordered where I met Amber. She refused to give me my food as she couldn’t find the order in the system. I asked if I could show her the order on my phone and she refused to look at it. She told me I had to leave even tho I had the order with order number, time and store location. She was an absolute troll to deal with. Disgusting customer service from Amber.

A long wait to get my order. Now a days they don't wait on the people that come into the restaurant first. You not only have to wait for the drive thru but also Uper Eats etc.

I love the breakfast crunchwrap and the Cinnabon iced coffee!
