E 48th Street Market Italian - Dunwoody

The selection of Italian foods may be small, but the quality is outstanding. I particularly enjoy the sandwiches and the daily specials. This place is truly a local gem.

I ordered a variety of cookies, and when I did, the staff asked if I was really sure I wanted so many. I explained that there were ten of us, and they insisted that it would be too many cookies. But who's to say we wouldn't enjoy having leftovers? I've never encountered a business that tries to sell less or questions what a customer desires. That was certainly not a good experience. This was my first and last visit.

The quality of the dishes was excellent, and the prices were reasonable for the value received. I would have given it five stars, but there were three items on my list that were unavailable. The service was very attentive, and it certainly felt like a family-run establishment.
