Yaks On The 5 - DUNSMUIR

Totally worth the drive from Redding. Food was cooked perfectly. Atmosphere was great awesome art. And took dessert home.

Super yummy quick stop off I5. Convient and great food. They could use some salad options but if your looking for burgers look no farther.

This place had epic vibes. I loved the decor and energy. The atmosphere and staff were memorable to say the least.We got there minutes after opening and people were already lining up and by the time we were done eating the line was out the door.I had the garlic parm fries and the portion size was very generous. BEST FRIES EVER! I was very sad about not being able to finish them. Friend had the tots and she didn't love the sauce flavor but other in our group ate them up.There's a decent selection of a adult beverages. None of our group tried the sticky buns.*my only suggestion would be that the cooks wear their hair tied back or hair nets.

What can I say…..Yaks has a lot going on. We went for the first time while vacationing in Redding and the food is eclectic and tastes great. They have a great beer selection. From what I saw, it’s a daughter dad team running the show and they have the best personalities. They’re super fun. What a great environment to be in. If you’re traveling north/south on I5 through Dunsmuir I’d recommend stopping by and give ‘em a try. It’s a fun establishment. We shared a bunch of burgers, cut them in fourths and went to towns. Amazing burgers!! Focus on the fun things and you won’t be disappointed.

A must stop! amazing aromen! super friendly owner and personal. my new favorite restaurant. I love especially the basileys and bourbon sauce!
