I visited Soggy Bones to buy some items for my friend's son. The man working in the store was amazing - very helpful. It was the best of Down South hospitality.
It's good. Basic but has most of what you might need to find. The Coles is well stocked with an excellent range. The butcher is a standout their meats look excellent! Plantaganet free range pork, Mt Barker free range chicken. Most of the beef isn't free range but good quality and well priced.
Good Coles (apart from ridiculous apricots $13!!! , well stocked Liquorland, nice ice cream corner, plenty of other shops. And the good food is just around the corner :
