Little Caesars Pizza - Dunn

It should be hot and ready, but you need to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a pizza during lunchtime is unacceptable and cut my lunchtime short because nothing is ready.

Had to change my old critique bc even tho it is only Lil caesars, they are always at the point. I come on a weekly basis 5-10mins in front of the area and they are always super nice and friendly. Night manager young girls with long blonde hair deserves an increase. She's always on the point. Take my pizza to my car. I DD for a life even and if I have a pickup, it is always either ready or less than 5 minutes waiting.

My and also the line of customers behind me, were all said, no pizzas were ready at the time of ordering. 1 customer left.

Is only as well known, this 5 star review is for the hard working young adult who work in this facility. we are long-term customers. I have a big problem with the owner who screams at the workers a lot. I have been in there to place an order when I have seen that both workers work in front hard to bring orders from customers to the place that are right there, not in the position to answer the phone immediately. the other workers in return work as hard as they can to do this command. then the owner comes out of nothing where he cries to these children before all! it is embarrassing and humiliating for them, especially when they do everything they can do. the youngest thing I heard was that he practically yelled at them because he did not answer the phone before the third ring. Why can't he answer that? the workers in front of the front already had a lobby full of customers who tried to help them. if he has problems (and cannot answer the phone) then he must treat it more professionally. the scarcity and aggression towards their employees only creates animosity.

Went in for 5 dollar cheese bread box. One cashier at front trading phone numbers with male guest. Manager and 10 other employees just standing around laughing and playing. In there prob 10 to 15 min for ready made bread. Wow. Bread was good thats why i gave them 2 stars. But service horrible manager horrible.
