Andre's Ribs - Dunkirk

Came upon this little place as the season was ending. A diamond in the rough. Had a brisket sandwich that was absolutely perfect. My Wife and I were on a road trip and so we ordered a full slab to go. We made two meals out of it. Delicious and their dry rub is perfect.

I don't know what's in the mac cheese but it along with the brisket and ribs are three for three items I've tried that'll justify future 3 hour weekend drives for some more.

Amazing food and always a friendly and inviting atmosphere!

Everything was sooooo delicious I ate a half rack the bone literally slipped right out of the meat, I also ate a couple of sides like cucumber tomatoe salad, cole slaw. I had a taste of the beef brisket and the flavors were also amazing. The owner Andre hospitality was on point!!! He even got my kiddo fries across the way had us all laughing I can't wait to come back to Dunkirk for some yummy BBQ....

This bbq is bar far ... hands down..... THE best I have ever had!
