During our family vacation in 2019, we stumbled upon this gem and absolutely loved it. It left such a lasting impression on me that I had to return while I was in the area for work this week. The drive from the TPA airport area was definitely worth it. The pho and banh mi are the best I’ve ever had! Kim and Toyocee were wonderful to talk to. Make sure to add this place to your must-visit list when you're in town!
Pho'Edin is essentially a charming kitchen with a window along the Pinellas Trail that offers delicious, expertly crafted Vietnamese cuisine. The outdoor dining experience allows you to enjoy the scenery as cyclists pass by on the Trail, unless they decide to stop for a meal as well. The staff is incredibly friendly, and your food is served promptly from the kitchen. Pho'Edin caters to vegans and is committed to eco-friendly practices. It's also very kid-friendly since it’s an outdoor space. I noticed one little boy delighting in the large bamboo wind chimes, and there’s no strictness here—just fun. For those with mobility needs, the establishment is wheelchair accessible, allowing you to roll right up to the window to place your order, and then take a seat while they bring your food to you.
Food was amazing. First time here. Had pork belly spring rolls, beef pho, and a bahn mi sandwich. Should definitely try it out. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fried Spring Rolls, Summer Rolls, Beef Pho
We ordered thru Grub Hub for dinner. This was our first time trying it. We used to buy from one of the competitors which is now out of business. I had 2 pork buns with a Banh MI sandwich and for dessert a sticky rice custard. The pork buns are very soft, lightly sweet and very delicious. A really nice appetizer. The sandwich is a little oily but really delicious. It's not real heavy since it's mostly vegetables with a little bit of meat. The sticky custard was lightly sweet and a really nice finish to the meal. None of it leaves you with a bad aftertaste and doesn't leave you feeling overly full. This will be our new go to for Vietnamese.
