I really appreciate how all the food items are thoughtfully alkaline washed, soaked, and dehydrated for better digestion. The consistency of flavors and the variety of dishes bring me back for every meal. Barbara, the owner, is absolutely delightful and always greets you with a warm smile. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, which is rare to find in shop owners. Thank you for being amazing!

This restaurant is genuinely a mindful dining experience! It features a wonderfully unique atmosphere, clearly infused with love and passion. The menu offers a variety of healthy and delicious dishes, each with a creative twist. The seed-laden oat bread is simply outstanding! You can tell that a lot of thought and effort goes into preparing every dish.

What a nice surprise to have, after hiking all day in the Hamilton region, to find a healthy and delicious place to eat! The place had plenty of patrons, but the owner, being the only one on duty at the time, still managed to be very caring, attentive, and made us amazingly tasty meals. Their nuts and oats-based bread is so good we bought some to bring back home! We will be back again for sure.

I stopped in for a 'healthy 'snack. Curry Fries and pumpkin cheesecake. So delicious. I eat a gluten free, dairy free diet with my MS. I get very tired somedays, so it 's good to know I have a place to grab a delicious bite! I will be back for a full meal. So great to have cheesecake again. It had a great crust and silky texture filling. Yummy
