Hard working crew but cleanliness is a bit of a concern. Restaurant seemed dirty sticky tables. Was really surprised no gloves are being used for the complete process..

Burgers served lukewarm this has to be a safety issue!And staff need to work of courtesy, politeness, kindness!! Have been to the Waterdown location twice recently and staff are dismissive, bordering on rude.

Came to A W because my wife wanted to try their Spicy Dill Pickle Mama burger. She wasn’t impressed because it didn’t arrive looking like their ads. Came with 2 small slices of pickles and had little sauce. Basically it was a regular mama burger. My fries were cold and the chicken burger tasted greasy.The tables had a sticky, tacky feeling no matter which table we tried.
