I have been here multiple times with no problem. I only use the drive thru since I’m disabled and the parking at this location is almost non existent. I never tip because no one us providing me a service besides handing my drink and or food out of the window. I was about to go there yesterday and decided to see how much money I had available on the app, only to find $0 which is odd since it’s next to impossible for my order to be the exact amount that’s on my Starbucks account. I check my receipt history only to see whoever worked the drive thru on the morning of 10/31 tipped themselves the remaining balance I had left on my account. Now granted it was only 53¢ but imagine how many others they have done this to. On top of other reasons this is definitely a reason why I’ve been going to other coffee shops. I’m not tipping in the drive thru if the employees feel some type of way about it then they should find gainful employment somewhere that will pay them enough so they don’t have to steal.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible. There’s never open parking and if there is the cars in the drive thru line prevent it from being visible. The parking lot must have been the last thing on the developer/planners mind.
Very clean and sharp. Noticed it the moment I walked in the door. Music was not too loud. After sitting for a half hour, one of the baristas called me, by name, and asked if I was good. I 'm very impressed.
Poor customer service I approached the lady fixing the to go orders and told her the name I was picking up for and she acted as if I bothered her. Pitiful wish she was wearing a name tag so I could tell specifically who she was.Update: 5mins later she asked again what the name on the order was said the wrong name I corrected her and she says oh well it’s not my name ?maybe if her heart was as big as her back she’d have better customer service.
3 inches of foam for a grande latte and 2 drops of coconut milk in my pink drink! This location gets worse as time goes on…never again!!!
