McDonald's - Duncan

McDonalds is not the most popular place on the island. Don't get me wrong, they have the same great menu as McDonalds anywhere and they are less expensive than the majority of places on the island. It's just that there aren't too many of them compared to the other fast food places. But they are still good eats!

Pros: It's McDonalds! Cons: It's inside Wal-Mart... I love me a good McDonalds cheeseburger and fries so you won't hear many complaints from me about McDs. Except when they're inside a Wal-Mart. Ugh....

Clean, fast service with automated ordering system. Tables were clean available in a private/quiet area or seating outside as well.

Sunday Morn 10:50 am1 person takes order ( wrong)5 employees chat with each other head sets.11:02 my coffee finally put on a tray. 12 minutes later.Seriously I would have been better going through drive thru go park & go inside.When asked about muffin. Clerk said I didn't order it.Wanted another $1.70. Doesn't count she said because my 1 st coffee ( 12 min wait) was not ordered with the muffin.McDonalds used to be known for Fast service. Since there redesign, it,s just sad.Staff out numbered restaurant customers 2 to 1.No real customer service.

Never go to either one in Duncan. I have had better everything in Costa Rica where they do not even speak English. They have never gotten an order right. It is so bad I would not even let my child apply there.
