A&W Restaurant - Duncan

I ate my burger today and a long hair was in the burger. That can happen. But when I brought this burger and the hair to the staff, they only offered me a burger. This is very unprofessional. There was no real excuse and I was not offered any form of compensation for the loss of my appetite to find someone else hair in my mouth. Very bad administration.

Because of Covid 19, they wore masks and made a real distance. Meals were okay, but a little slandering.

We had poutine and root beer drinks at this A&W and the poutine had a little amount of gravy, the cheese was chunks of cheese not really melted with the fries and gravy. We were disappointed.

I try too avoid these joints buf man sometimes I just gotta have a teen burger... I don't knos why but stopped in for a root beer fries and burger and the best Ive had in a a&w in awhile.. these ars franchises and usually got kids slappin thd burgers down.. musg have got a good cook that day... it was yum yum. loaded teen and the fries home cook not greasy

The bread does not always sit with me...so some time I will just order the meat patty. AW meat patty is good and is filling.
