Arby's - Duncan

We ordered online, my husband went inside to get the food. Someone was digging in our bag. He let the staff know what happened they were super nice made everything fresh for him. Thank you guys!!! Hopefully the receipt will the manger/corp know who was working them kudos!!!

I’m a regular at Arby’s in duncan Oklahoma. I switch up the food I get each time. It’s always good. Clean restaurant, fast service and great shakes.

Update 1-31-2024 Today the food was fine. Got back to work 6 miles away and found I was missing the two orders of fries. She looked in the bag and at the receipt and handed it to me out the window. Yes I should have checked. Generally they are good but there has been some turnover. If I don't pay attention in my job things can blow up etc. I would really appreciate a minimum of attention to detail and a minimal presence of mind. Simply put they may be operating this employee beyond capacity. Just chaps my a Earlier review follows.Great employees but value is low. Sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller and price goes up. There is far better value for the money.

Very good fast food. Customer service could be better.
