Mcdonald's - Dumfries Galloway

I went to this restaurant for lunch on 26th May 2023. Tried and enjoyed the McPlant burger. Service was quick, despite a lot of customers. The only negative was that I was not allowed to use the on-site toilets, whilst others were granted access!? I asked the staff member (Khaled) for an explanation but he just ignored me and walked off. This left me thinking WHY ME? . I phoned the restaurant later that day and spoke to a lady who I assume was the manager. She seemed surprised by what I told her, and struggled to find a plausible reason for what happened. She apologised and promised to investigate. I assumed she would phone back with an explanation but I didn 't receive a call. Can anyone from McDonalds offer an explanation?

Disabled housebound mother who has lost money on EVERY ORDER from this restaurant. Manager is selling items twice to build P&L and/or staff are robbing at cash up. Either way we are sick of paying for items that are missing with no refund. 4 orders this month alone without desserts included. Will not be using ever again.

A lot better since one of the employees has left and started a new job as an electrician. Staunch review

Always a friendly MacDonalds fare, and really well cooked and served. Often busy at rush hours, with long queues

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve used, regularly get order wrong staff incapable of accepting responsibility for getting wrong order. My grandson who is unable to eat cheese likes to have a plain quarter pounder no cheese, you’d think that wouldn’t be difficult to prepare, nope, wrong, would appear even when ordered and a sticker on the box NO CHEESe it still comes along with cheese, on returning it the assistant still argues it was with cheese! Despite it clearly stating on the receipt and the box. Eventually when new order arrives and the fries are now soggy... low and behold this is also wrong.. A new order with no cheese but big chunks of onion! My own order a chicken legend there was more mayo and lettuce outside the bun, inside the box, than there was in the bun making it a soggy mess.. This was my last experience on Saturday 11th I wish I could say it was a one off,however this is regularly the case I have previously worked for McDonald’s as a shift manager, and I’m fully aware of standards and training given I can only say in this store it is regularly poor poor service
