Kfc - Dumas

Utterly disgusted. We waited for 20 minutes I line to place an order, but drive through was obviously prioritized. We won't be back. The chicken place down the road was faster and nicer.

The individual at the drive thru, refused to cut chicken for The Famous Bowel. The meal was for a dental patient who had surgery. The young woman was very rude and found humor in our situation. We are paying customers. Prior to this, a manager (young man at the window) cut the nuggets smaller as a courtesy. Kudos to him for going above and beyond. Please don't allow employees who aren't willing to exceed a customers needs and then laugh it off.

My mom (85 years old) ordered a bucket of chicken stating we like dark meat. She brought it home (panhandle of Oklahoma), and there were 6 breast 3 wings and 2 legs. Over cooked and pretty much uneatable. I feel like my mom was totally taken advantage of in order to get rid of chicken that nobody wanted. If I had lived in Dumas I'd of brought it back and left it on your floor. What a way to treat our senior citizens.

Everything's super over priced, and there's only 2 people there who ACTUALLY work, or give a memorable experience.

Same thing with all the going on in Our Great Country prices very high .
