Tres Kitchen - Dumaguete

The food is gourmet quality. Each dish was a hit! The Cajun chicken pasta was so good! The Ceaser salad was on point as were the other dishes. We got there 30 minutes before closing, but the staff still smiles and delivered excellent service even though the place was packed and we showed up without warning. I can see this place expanding or franchising as it is an excellent concept with talented staff! Highly recommend as a sure bet for a tasty experience.

It's a small restaurant so expect that it's almost always full. Best if you reserve a table before popping in. Ambience is nice and relaxed. Food is sumptuous. They updated their menu and expanded the cocktails list. Servings are large and can be shared by 2 people. Must try: chicken cordon bleu baked beef rice lychee high ball Parking is spacious but quite a walk from the restaurant. Management may need to clip the grass and improve the parking space a bit. It will be a good investment.

Not really a place I will come back. I thought initially it was a Spanish restaurant, but it is not. There is no real decoration, rather cold table settings. The meals are rather well presented but when it goes to taste and preparation it's unfortunately very disappointing. The choice is not wide and availability of some essentials misses. Like for example french fries... The waitresses try their best...

The Tres Baby Back Ribs are succulent. I'm removing a star for the restaurant not having their drinks menu fully stocked up. After all, drinks don't spoil.
