Lord Byrons BackRibs - Dumaguete City

This is a regular meeting place for lunch with ribs as the meal of choice they are just great and the sauce is wonderful. quite peaceful place, service ok, parking sketchy

Ate here twice last month for lunch and it has been the best place to find a wonderful serving of smoked, BBQ ribs with fries. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and he was very happy! I have tried other restaurants that served pork ribs and this one beats them hands down! Will return once I have a craving for ribs again!

Lord byrons is an easy walk south from robinson mall same side and just off the highway at hermogina apartmens, just past the jetta station opposite side.i have lived in dumaguete city over three years and finally a friend took me here. i have already been back once and taking my wife back this weekend. omg, wonderful ribs and first ribs i have had like that in the phils, anywhere!!limited menu but i was assured by my friend its all goodribs are juicy, fork tender with a really nice sauce, served with rice and pickled mango i think. under four bucks for two ribs.its all outside seating in separate little cottages, the hermogina apartment shields from afternoon sun and national highway traffic noise. nice little breeze off the ocean nearby. great place to talk and eat. competent and non invasive staffchoice of ribs, hamburger and i think chicken. gotta try it!!! (i heard also in bacolod city)

We go there for the baby back ribs. the best in Dumaguete. Visted there several times and always go back

We both had the ribs and they were very good. The side of yellow garlic rice and the papaya salad was also quite good. We went about 1:00 p.m. for lunch. Not crowded at all. It was a Saturday March 11th. The only issues were the parking for cars is almost non-existent and the waitress did their jobs but did not smile and were not friendly at all. A smile and a chat goes a long way if one is looking for tips. If you can't smile and be friendly then being a waitress is not for you. Again, the food was great and the prices very reasonable.
