I was taken to this hospital after a motorcycle accident. I had an infected scald and a sepsis. my condition was serious. doctors and nurses were very friendly and highly professional. after 14 days I left the sick house. Everything was good. Maybe they could do something fine on eating.

Pros: While PCR test results were later than promised I did manage to board my first flight with just the receipt of test and later on I did receive PCR results in e-mail as promised Cons: Like I wrote, actual PCR test results were received hours later than promised. PCR test result test time was incorrect. Actual test time was in afternoon, while in test result page it was show as in the morning. There are no benches for people waiting, so we literally had to stand in line for hours. The interior is somewhat dirty, garbage bins are lacking, so people just litter everywhere and the floors and walls could also use some extra cleaning.

There are a lot of negative reviews about this hospital. My mother was years old at the time when she gave birth to my little brother. Her systolic blood pressure was over She has always been hypertensive. I was thinking that doctors and nurses may not be able to look after her. We went there almost in the morning, and then my mother gave birth at in the morning on the same day. Both my mother and brother are safe. I am thankful to the nurses and doctor who look after them At first, I didn't want my mother to be admitted here because of the hospital's bad reputation and I was thinking medical professionals aren't as competent compared to other hospitals in town. Sadly, we don't have the budget for a private hospital. Turned out, I know a few nurses who worked here and some are from Silliman and FU. Yes, they are competent just like in SUMC Foods are free for in-patients. There are more added facilities I am satisfied with their service. I only gave a review because on how they treat other patients. Please be more considerate to others. Don't look at their financial status. I hope someone in NOPH can read this and share this with his/her colleagues.

My Brother got severe ache in his stomach which is not a normal pain. Place is clean food is good and Doctors are very good in explaining everything but I put a stars for this because of that nurse(male) no treating us very well. He also said somethings that only doctors can tell and in the end we check up my brother to clinics and proves that the nurse don't know really what he talking about

I took a young boy to this hospital because he was stabbed by robbers. The Doctor stitched the wound up and he was eventually sent home. A few days later the boy gets very sick and starts uncontrollably vomiting blood. Once again we rushed him by ambulance to the same hospital. It turns out that he was infected because of the Doctors MALPRACTICE. EVERYONE KNOWs THAT IF YOU GET CUT BY METAL YOU NEED TO GET A TETANUS SHOT. BUT THE doctor didn’t give him one as required on the first visit so his body got infected and he almost died. Simply because the Doctor did not do his job I would recommend that you avoid this hospital if possible. I was told as we were leaving that a baby died in the emergency room from dengue fever and there was not a doctor available to treat the baby. What a fine example of POOR health care. The manager of this hospital should be fired This young man eventually had to have a kindness transplant because of the infection caused when he didn’t get the tetanus shot but that wasn’t the end of his nightmare. When he got stabbed, he was rushed to the hospital for evaluation. At the time the hospital was to,d that he got hit in the head with a baseball bat. They looked at his head and didn’t treat him for that injury. Within a month he began having serious headaches and his personality was changing in a bad way. So we had him rushed to another hospital where they found a blot clot on the scan. So he had brain surgery twice over the next days and died. Do not go to this Hospital unless you want to take your chances
