Sunshine Cafe - Duluth

My sister and I were on our way home from vacation and looked for a place to stop and have breakfast in Duluth MN, headed to KY. We read the reviews and decided to stop. I had no idea of what this place was going to be but on entering loved it! The locals hung out and that was a good sign in our book. Our server was awesome let me state for the record. She knew how to keep our cups filled and was so nice. Kim ordered the country fried steak, eggs over medium and 'American Fries ' while I ordered a custom omelet with sausage, bacon, tomato, mushroom and cheese with 'muffin toast '. When we got our orders we were in complete awe...the omelet was a monster and cooked perfectly! It was by far the best one I have ever had. Kim 's country fried steak was the best she had ever put into her mouth she stated and the 'American Fries ' were fried potatoes! Ther were perfect! We thought they were going to be french fries...not sure what they were actually going to be but they were wonderful. If I ever need to find a place in Duluth again to eat this will be the stopping place to go. It was amazing!

Revisited the sunshine cafe this week for the first time in a while. Used to be my regular Hangout to go have breakfast with Grandpa when I was younger. Came back and the food is still excellent the service is phenomenal and the prices were great. Will be my go-to for breakfast from now on

Stopped in with our 5 little children and had a wonderful brunch! The charming decor kept our kids entertained while we waited for our delicious food, and the owner was very kind to our family! We will be back!

I can't believe I lived in Duluth for 8 years and am just finding out about this place, equal to, if not better than Uncle Louis.

Been wanting to try this spot for a while, definitely not disappointed! Had the strawberry waffle special with a side of bacon, everything was perfect!
