Famous Dave's -b-que - Duluth

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. On our way to be seated my friend asked for the empty table by the door and was told no. Trying to stay away from the few people there we asked about another table on the way to be seated next to a full table and we’re again refused. Asked about a table that was just vacated willing to wait for it to be cleaned and we were again denied. We decided to leave. I told the young man I couldn’t believe they would turn away business over a table and the young lady with him yelled have a nice rest of your day. We went to Outback and had a great meal but more importantly, great service. I won’t be back.

This is likely the best Famous Dave's we've ever been to, especially considering its prime tourist location. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our server was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. We will definitely return when we're in the area again.

The taste of steak and how juicy we let this place love! The Yazdi cake was a beautiful little gift next to the sides!

Food was excellent. Waitress was very good. Took about 35 minutes to get our food. The place had empty seats. Biggest disappointment, the small portion size of the catfish fingers. 7 small fingers for $12. For that price I'd expect more. I did love them however.

Only because there is no half star option. We had just had a bad experience at another eatery and decided to eat at your restaurant on the way back to our hotel. When we checked in with the hostess her and one of the waitresses were deciding where to seat us. Because the first option wasn 't available the waitress not thinking we could hear rather disgusted said she would take us. I placed an order for bread pudding and my friend said he 'd have the same....meaning there would be 2 orders for pudding. Imagine our surprise when a different waitress brought out only 1 order. When our waitress finally came around to check on us I made the comment that it would have been nice to get our 2nd pudding. Her comment oh you wanted 2 orders and walked away. My friend had the pudding, I had nothing. We will not be visiting your establishment again when we are in Duluth.
