Dunkin' - Duluth

The Iced coffee was the best! And the donuts were amazing! So happy Dunkin’ is making a comeback in Minnesota!!!

I work at Animal Allies and I hit up the drive thru every Wednesday to pick up coffee and show off the shelter pet I have with me (we go on TV each week The staff is always so excited to meet each weeks new furry friend, and go above and beyond to provide great service for me, and whichever animal I may have (dogs tend to get a little snack along with my order I always look forward to my weekly visit and am never disappointed thanks to their quick and friendly service :

Loves me a little. Only on the bottom is, I wish they would put tamper seals on items if the order by door apron! Last order I picked up from the person, and I got 4 donuts that took a bite away and put it back in my pocket! Other ways I love this place. Try the orange blood drink!

I don't normally review chain restaurants, part of their whole appeal is the consistency and uniformity no matter where you are, so I've never really seen the point. This Dunkin' location, however, went so far above and beyond I had to take the time to give them 5 stars. I recently ordered breakfast from this Dunkin' on DoorDash, but part of my meal had been substituted with an ingredient I'm allergic to. I called the store, not upset at all, but just to let them know what happened and see if I could get a replacement through DoorDash, or even just a refund. It happened to be the location's manager who answered my call, who said she wanted to make my order right and, in order to do so, drove across town to hand-deliver me a new breakfast sandwich. That gesture went so far beyond anything I'd hoped for and genuinely meant so much to me. She absolutely did not have to do what she did, but in doing so it showed me that this Dunkin' is managed by someone who genuinely cares about their customers. As someone with a number of dietary restrictions/allergies this seriously meant so much to me, and I had to leave this review both to show the store itself how immensely appreciative I am, as well as to let others know how much this location rocks. Thank you!!!
