Teppanyaki - Düsseldorf

It is the first time I eat Wagyu. I really appreciate the service here offered. I ordered Wagyu menu in the first page and 7 or 8 dishes in total. I tried many ways of cooking Wagyu and love them so much. I can feel it is melting in my mouth!!! The atmosphere is nice and chef is friendly!!! Srongly recommend.

It is totally a 5 star restaurant and experience. The atmosphere is authentic, the chef was great, friendly and polite and food beyond expectations. I strongly recommend the wagyu beef and the lobster. A bit expensive, be ready to leave at least 300 eur for a dinner for two , but it is worth it.

The food is delicious but the service... Have to ask a waiter to have a glass of water... Not to mention that the waiter does not ask about drinks... at all... not the best servicing...

The food is indeed nice. But the service is really terrible considering the price and the fact that this should be a Michelin star Restaruarnt. The staff members are unprofessional, they have served our dishes wrongly and they kicked me several times when they were serving the food. When we walked in, nobody was there to greet or to show directions. Nobody offered to hang out jackets and you had to do it yourself. When you were leaving, nobody helped you to take your jacket and they would just stand there watching you do it yourself. This kind of service DOES NOT worth the price AT ALL. When I was in japan, after you’ve finished your meals the staff members would bow at you until you disappeared from their sights. That’s what I call service attitude and that’s what I call service spirit.
