Really rude waiters and terrible service. It made the experience very unpleasant and food came cold. Would not recommend coming here!!!!

Very bad service. The waiter was super rude to us, didn’t listen and was talking with the people from the other table at the same time when we wanted to order.

Welcomed by our server, seated us and made us comfortable. Took our orders and was helpful and aware of dietary needs. Drinks were good as was the choice, food was good and plentiful. Enjoyable meal.

Terrible service!! I mean terrible waited minutes for starters and there was two starters which came from the kitchen minutes apart, finally got our main course and it was cold!! Couldn’t wait to leave, waiters seemed more interested in chatting with friends passing...through

The atmosphere, decoration and food was great... However I tried to call a waitress using the phrase Excuse me in a polite tone yet i was snapped back with a phrase in german I couldn't understand. I then tried to call her again when she...passed by mins later and got more german at me in a more vicious tone. I then found another waiter and asked him to send someone if he couldn't be of service as the last waitress spoke to me as if she was going to **ing kill me She overheard that and took offence, opening the gates for her apology full of sarcasm while rolling her eyes. She dropped off beers at the table as if we were lepers and continued her arrogant sarcasm. I am sure that using the language I used (which was inappropriate) did not change the way my group was treated, as it was a result of how we were being treated in the first place. However, the other waitress taking care of our bill was very polite and obviously had experience in customer service, meanwhile the food was really good and the beer was even better, since the germans really know how to brew a good one. Fully recommend if you like good burgers, beers and don't mind being served by the above waitress, who seemed to be much more friendly with german people.
