I received my other drink took it to the table. Again waiting for my drink to be replaced. The male barista was talking to the woman who took my drink. Saying how rude I was offered her a free drink. I only asked where my drink was. He then made me wait another 15 minutes to make a latte. I only said to the woman they only shouted you for food. Plus I was stood right by the counter my drink. She swiped from under my nose. I wish I'd took his name.
Today, we decided to have coffee at Starbucks since we were nearby. When I went to the counter to order, I was ignored by the three staff members who were engaged in a conversation. After some time, my order was finally taken, even though I was the only one in line. As I waited at the pickup area, I noticed that my coffee was not being prepared. When I asked about it, a rude employee informed me that she was working on it. The coffees were handed to me in a brusque manner, lacking any sense of politeness. Meanwhile, my husband, who had been waiting at a table, mentioned that he couldn't find a clean one for us to sit at. The entire place appeared dirty and neglected, with only a few customers present - now I understand why. We will not be returning to this location; Costa is our preferred choice from now on.
I always try and come here for my time out staff so friendly and helpful great place to for me to take time out of my busy week
Store Assistant Manager Lexi at Merry Hill DT was rude, and behaved awfully towards window staff. Her attitude was disgusting. All the while she was just stood on the till point shouting orders at others. I have been a Store Manager for Starbucks before and have attended the courses the feedback sandwich model was not used, and the manager only gave negative critique, I saw no attempt at an apology and the staff member on the window looked upset.
Disappointed in my Visits of late. I have been to this store a few times recently and the staff just seem to not even bother to acknowledge you until they decide who is going to serve you. Staff seem displeased to have to serve you and you constantly get the feeling you’re unwanted. Whilst the taste of Starbucks coffee outweighs all over brands for me the service in this particular Starbucks store is nothing short of appalling of late.
