Unfortunately, when the pizza arrived, it was clearly mishandled as all the toppings were in one corner of the box and the pizza was cold. This is not the usual standard we expect from Domino's. I immediately contacted the Dudley branch, who apologized and said they would issue a refund. They offered to make a new pizza for me, but it was already late at night and I didn't want to wait any longer. I sent pictures to both the customer service team and tried to get a refund through PayPal. Unfortunately, the Dudley branch has not contacted me, and Domino's through PayPal said it was a branch issue. I've never had a problem with Dudley before, but the way this issue has been handled is disappointing.
The pizza I ordered was overcooked and burned, with scarce toppings. I expected better quality from Domino's. The quality was so poor that the only place for it is the trash. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
This restaurant was terrible. I had to call and file a complaint about finding a hair in my pizza, and I even had photo and video evidence. The manager refused to speak to me and wouldn't give me their name.
We always receive our pizza quickly and piping hot. Ordering is easy and we have never had to go in person, so we can't speak to the atmosphere. They offer a great selection and often have special deals. Top-notch!
We frequently order pizza for takeaway from this restaurant through their online service. The pizza always arrives hot and fresh in less than thirty minutes. The delivery drivers are polite and welcoming. One time we went to pick up the pizza in person, but it ended up taking longer than if we had just ordered it to be delivered.
