Burger King - Dudley

I went there because its meant ti be fast food,,left empty handed because I couldn't wait any longer.

This restaurant is completely gross. I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. When I asked the staff at the front desk, all three of them looked at me like I was crazy. The one man who helped me was nice, but it seemed like he was the only one actually doing any work besides the cook. When I went back to the bathroom, it was dirty and there was no lock on the door. I checked the main door and it didn't have a lock either. This is honestly the worst Burger King I have ever been to.

This must be the worst food place in Brierley hill, and this saying something if you know Brierley hill,my daughter wanted a burger so we stopped here,worst mistake of my life,food was cold,the Fanta tasted like water,I had a coffee which was not coffee,my wife had a hair in her food,to be honest the manger Mr fasim I think was very understanding, I could have swore I saw a maggot in the till area,maybe my imagination, but with this place a high possibility

This is definitely the worst BK ever... the food was cold, no milk shakes available, the fizzy drinks were flat... rude staff, general cleanliness zero. It needs an all round revamp including staff or close it down!

The restaurant was not open at 8pm, its supposed closing time is 9pm. I am confused as to why it is not showing the correct opening hours online.
