Dunkin' - Dudley

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited 15 minutes in line—without any cars ahead of me—and no one came to take my order. This caused a long line to form behind me, so I decided to leave and go to another place just five minutes down the street. It’s frustrating, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened; it’s been an issue every time I’ve visited. After this experience, I won’t be returning again.

I do not recommend ordering food here. I ordered a sausage and cheese bagel, as well as an overly acidic breakfast sandwich, and here’s what I received: the bacon on the bagel was unseasoned, the sourdough was not toasted, and it tasted like it came straight out of a package. To top it off, there were remnants of bacon still present. This was by far the worst experience I've had.

The girl has blew twice on the coffee of my mother, then instead of bagel with bacon egg and I have a whole bagel with cream cheese. the girl was very slow and almost as if she hadn't known about the order or how to do it. Dudley dunkin near the court building. Usually they are fast and make the right orders.
