The Wave Pizza Cafe - Duck

What a wonderful pizza place, and the view is beautiful! My husband and I ordered the large Beached Whale pizza, and it was great! They were generous with their toppings, and the pizza was so tasty. I also love that they have boxed water. It took about 20 minutes to get the pizza, so the wait time wasn?t too bad either.

I had a large handmade pizza topped with fresh tomato sauce that really showcased a delicious tomato flavor, paired with excellent cheese. However, it took quite a while for our pizza to arrive, and a portion of it was burnt. On the bright side, the sunset views were fantastic. I’m willing to give it another shot, and if my next pizza isn’t burnt, I’d gladly rate it 5 stars.

The pizza was delicious and truly hit the spot. It was wonderful to sit outside at the picnic tables with a view of the sound.

I had one of the best pizzas I've had in a while at this restaurant. They offer a wide variety of specialty pizzas and toppings. I particularly appreciated the location on the boardwalk, where I could enjoy a view of the sound at sunset while I ate. However, seating is quite limited, so it's a good idea to time your visit accordingly.
