Island Smoothie is delicious!! I ordered Blackbeard’s Treasure, which was amazing!! The quality was tremendous. Will be coming back!Dietary restrictions: Very good options for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan!

They have a laid back atmosphere with all the essentials that make for a great establishment...great food, great service and even great music playing in the background. Support these guys...we want them around for a long time!

We were in Duck, NC this past week (end of may 2023) and ate at Island smoothie cafe regularly for Breakfast/lunch. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking it out. It was a great find. We will be back next time we visit Duck.

Tried the Açaí bowl, and a dreamsicle smoothie and both were delicious. I had never had açaí before and the owner was kind enough to make me a small bowl to try. This is a must try in Duck!
