The Batistas provided a warm and friendly welcome. Their service was not only quick but also courteous. I really enjoyed my slice of red velvet cake—thank you for the suggestion! I usually go to the Dodge Street location, but since I recently moved, I prefer this Hy-Vee even more. I'm a big fan of excellent customer service, and they definitely deserve a 10/10 rating.
