Salsa's Mexican - Dubuque

For lunch, I ordered the Tacos De Carne Asada with beans and rice. The tacos were double-shelled and filled with well-seasoned chopped beef steak, served with pico de gallo and ranchero sauce, along with a side of rice and beans - all in generous portions. The rice was fluffy and flavorful, although the beans were a bit salty and runny. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal. My partner had the enchiladas, which were also large and very tasty. I was very pleased with the service, the value, and the delicious flavors at Salsa's.

Great for lunch downtown fast!. Really good guacamole, tasty enchiladas, and great chorizo con huevos. Pleasant, fast waitstaff.

Downtown Mexican. This restaurant was fantastic. Set in historic downtown Dubuque, the Mexican inspired cuisine will really hit the spot. A quaint and clean interior greets you upon entering.<br/ <br/ The City of Dubuque has been trying to revitalize the downtown for quite sometime and I feel that Salsa's is a great example of the work completed so far. Dubuque is one of the oldest cities west of the Mississippi and the history shows in the beautiful downtown area. Lunch was well priced and plenty big.<br/ <br/ The staff is very friendly. You will often see the owner of the establishment visiting tables and asking about the service. I highly recommend this great addition to the City of Dubuque.<br/ <br/ Interior: 8/10<br/ Food: 9/10<br/ Price: 9/10

Like the food, love the service. We even got free fried ice cream one time when I said 'I 'm full I guess we 'll try it next time. '
